The Alaskan® Mill, Bar & Chain Combo Pack – 36″

This Alaskan Mill Bundle comes with a 36″ Granberg Alaskan Mill, a 36″ GB Pro Top Chainsaw Bar, and a Granberg Ripping Chain. We have taken the guesswork out by pairing the chain and bar together with the Alaskan mill. Great for folks who have a 70-90cc size chainsaw and are looking for a durable, solid steel bar and top of the line milling chain. Users can expect about 30″ usable cutting inches with this setup.

 

WHAT YOU GET:

• G778-36 – 36″ Granberg Alaskan Mill:
  Tubular Aircraft aluminum extrusion and zinc-plated steel parts. Instruction manual & assembly hardware. High-quality U.S. made aircraft aluminum and steel. MADE IN THE USA.
• G741-36SNH-63PA – 36″ GB Pro Top Chainsaw Bar:
  3/8 (.375″) X .063″ SPROCKET NOSE solid steel bar. The GB Pro Top bar is a durable and replaceable sprocket nose bar designed and built for demanding professional users. Compatible with all Granberg Chain saw mills.
• G7293-114DL – Granberg Ripping Chain: 114  links of 3/8 (.375″) pitch X .063 gauge chain.
  Granberg ripping saw chain is made up of one set  of 2 scoring cutters and one set of 2 clearing cutters. While there are many companies that sell ‘ripping’ chain for milling, no other company offers ripping chain that features our specific modifications to the top plate. With this modification, each tooth takes only ¼ of the kerf, using less feeding pressure than conventional chain, and  cuts faster, smoother and with less drag than conventional (cross cut) chain.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CHAIN FIT:

• Granberg makes every effort to ensure a proper fit for the chain and bar combinations we sell.
  However, small variations exist between chainsaw models which can occasionally lead to a chain being too short or too long.
  In these cases, Granberg will exchange for a different length of chain at no charge (US orders only).

FOR THE GB PRO TOP BAR – 

• This bar will work only with EITHER a Stihl standard mount (12mm mounting stud, no adapter needed ) OR a large mount Husqvarna (9mm stud mount, use the 9-12mm adapter G741GBSP9-12).
• Stihl “large mount” (090, 880, 881) saws will not work with this bar
• Husqvarna “small mount” styles DO NOT WORK with this bar, even with an adapter. Make sure to check your saw model before purchase.
