Fits: Most chain saw makes. Bar may have to be drilled to accommodate nose and bolt.
General description: Zinc-plated steel construction. Converts chain saw into powerful hedge trimmer with 2” tines set 1” apart.
Use description: Slides spring fingers under bar stud nuts and tighten nose-end bolt (hole may have to be drilled). Can be used to trim branches up to 1” thick.

Work great until I noticed half way through trimming back a 20ft long privet shrub that a couple of the tines had bent and tore up my new chain. This product might be better suited for a smaller less powerful saw. The metal seems just too thin for the torque of my saw (stihl 044).

I think the other review on this product is misleading. It actually made me question getting it. I’m glad to say i didn’t pay attention. The only way to bend this attachment is through misuse. The power of the saw has NOTHING to do with it! I have an echo cs490, it was very easy to attach and saved me hours of hand trimming. The teeth on this thing are tough. I expect to have this tool and use it for many years to come. I turned a 10′ hedge into a 5′ hedge in no time. This product is amazing, Thank you Granberg!
